It was raining out and discovered the truck had a roof leak in the front, where moms attic is. Several card board boxes got soaked.

I lost 3-4 hours because the truck broke down 10 minutes after I left the pickup location. I lost money, yet I still had to pay for the truck. Thats bad business. I wouldnt recommend U-Haul to anyone ever again.

A full tank of gas would have been nice. Easy process in and out within minutes. Make sure to fill out check out process on the U-Haul app makes it a lot more efficient for you to get your truck and out the store. All in all, they are knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely recommend.

For mobile pickups the truck should be properly parked to allow pictures to be taken. They should also be cleaned and have a full tank of gas.

The truck had no gas when I got it and I returned it with more gas than what I got it with. Other than that no problems at all.

Make sure the back of truck is swepted out there was glass all over I had my son swept it out ...it happens other then that excellent customer service and the fellow took his time to ensure my windshield wash fluid was filled up I wasnt sure Ty so much I will use this location n recommend it !

Vehicle had oil change needed message. Told person at check in and was told they had to go up the chain to get that done.

The back of the van was not as clean as I was hoping, so we had to sweep it out before use

Equipment was clean. Brakes were very squeaky and shaky. The tire pressure said zero in the back right tire but it wasnt flat. Other than that it was fine. Just an old rental that probably needs servicing

The inside of the windshield was rather dirty and made the vision when driving at night somewhat poor. The back door was hard to close.

Except for paying .99 cents a mile, the vehicle, and service people were excellent.

The app wouldnt allow me to comment but the vehicle I had this past weekend as a 2 Day rental rode pretty hard and drive really loud. Other than that, the whole pickup and drop-off were a breeze. Q, David, and Paris always take good care of us.

Love renting from our local Atascadero U-Haul location. Employees are friendly and helpful. The equipment we have rented has all been in great condition. Recently rented a cargo van and it was in perfect condition and so clean.

The truck had no gas in it when we picked it up. The had to put two gallons in it just to get us to the nearest gas station. Frustrating, given we were on a tight morning schedule. Everything else was great and the counter person was apologetic.

People at location were friendly, however:Truck was parked on a busy street that made taking photos difficult. Also tow mode would turn on automatically each time truck started up. Bluetooth audio would loop navigation instructions for some reason.

The clerk had me wait while they played video games instead of helping me to check in. The truck was clean but sounded like it needed a little maintenance

They gave me a truck with a gas tank below empty. They said they put 2gals in it hard to return it that way

Very pleased, however, I would advise anyone moving fragile furnishings, housewares andor glassware the 26 is a very bumpy ride, even on a smooth road. Take extra care when loading. Beware any bumps when driving!

The equipment was clean and well maintained with one exception. The windshield was horrific! Driving into the sun it was 0 visibility due to the film on the inside and the stuck on dirt on the outside. Pretty tough on the customer who just picked up the truck with no resources to remedy this!

This U-Haul location for the past two months have constantly been going above and beyond for us. Weve rented a storage locker, a trailer twice, and a 26 foot truck for three days.

Exterminate your trucks. My rental had roaches. I had to stop moving for the night because it was terrible

Glenda is always great to deal with. The truck was almost brand new, 9700 miles. Drove great! This is the best U-Haul location in the area!

Location was a small store so its convenient if you need some food for the trip. Truck was clean on the outside but the interior of the back should have been cleaned. If you need a dolly or supplies call ahead because even though the app said they had them l, they did not.

My rental was moderately clean in the cabin.I found small bowl of dry cat food under the drivers seat, along with a McDonalds, empty, large, plastic beverage cup.

I kept looking in the truck for a location to stash my phone. the doors cubby isnt very convenient because its too low. I repeatedly missed the phone mount in my car. I use the phone for gps directions

The steering linkage is sloppy. It too much play. It needs to be tightened or replaced. I dont recommend any companies. The personnel at Ace were very good.

I arrived without a reservation and left within 5 mins driving a 15 Uhaul truck. I initially thought I would need the truck for 24 hours but later found that it would be longer. One 3 min phone call extended my reservation. I would go back if I ever needed a moving truck.

The drop-off location was great, and so was the customer service. This is the 3rd rental, Nevada to Nebraska the Nebraska to Idaho, then Idaho locally. Trucks run great and the people at the drop-off location have been excellent.

Everything went smoothly, I had no issues. The 15 ft truck engine did sound a little tired, but I had no problems. The gentleman who helped me get my truck was friendly and helpful.

Otherwise things were fine the truck performed excellent. I packed things very well in the 2000 mile trip when without a hitch. Even fuel mileage was satisfactory which was helpful given the high price of fuel.

Check trucks for when it needs an oil change when I got truck said needs oil chain soon probably shouldve been changed

This is a small suggestion. I did not realize the white 9-foot van had 2 seats in the front and not a bench seat that could fit 3 people. If you add that to the description, that would be great!

The vehicle itself was an excellent condition. The cabin was dusty and dirty, and there was no washer fluid in the reservoir, so I couldnt clean the windshields other than that. It was well priced and comfortable to ride in for over 500 miles

Clean the trucks and not make the app so hard to use.

The windshield had a lot markings of dead bugs so I would just clean the windshield the next time you rent it out. Other than that, the truck was great.

I had to walk back to truck to take pictures of mileage and gas. Normally the U-Haul rep checks the truck after use, but new guy told me to take pictures. Trucks are parked further from store.

The vehicle was clean and usable however, there was plenty of sand in the cab but not enough to be a problem. Only other issue was that I picked it up early in the AM and there wasnt enough light to adequately view for any pre departure damage etc. otherwise, the process was smooth.

The U-Haul was very dangerous to drive the steering would wander and the steering was also misaligned. The transmission felt sluggish. The equipment isnt maintained veeu good. Although my experience with the equipment was subpar the employee that did vehicle intake was very friendly.

I had only one suggestion for my rental truck the end of the window knob was missing; therefore it was a little awkward to roll the window up down.

A minor discrepancy in the fuel that was listed as in the gas tank and what was actually in the gas tank. But overall good experience.

The UHaul service was convenient. The truck was ready. I liked that boxes could be purchased and unused ones returned. The truck seemed a little worn but operated well and met all our needs. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe just have the cabs a little more clean windows are usually all bunked up on most uhaul rentals that Ive rented in the past .

Prices and the right tires matter for trucks in Vermont, which has many gravel and dirt roads. Cheaper standard all-weather tires can be risky; whether winter, summer, or all-weather, tires should suit the terrain theyll be used on.

The employee at prestige was nice, but they did not have the equipment that I reserved and gave me a truck that only had 13 tank of fuel.

Did not know how to scan the uhaul when it was done. It was difficult. Unfortunately, no one was there to assist. Due to location was closed for the day. But, everything was in good condition.

The vehicles heater did not work and we could have really used it that cold rainy day. Otherwise, the cabin was fairly clean, the tires and brakes were very good. The 135000 mile transmission was showing its age. But overall, it did the job.

The truck itself did not run smoothly. Lots of noises and was not cleaned well between uses.

The windshield was cracked it was really noisy.

Have at least a half gallon of gas in the truck. 18 gallon of gas doesnt go far I got a low fuel warning almost immediately after leaving the location.

I was in and out quickly even though the store was busy. I did use the app which helped. Truck was clean and I was able to get everything I needed done in under an hour.

The app experience was terrible via connectivity at that location, and although visually clean, the cab of my truck reeked like an old diaper.

This is the first time that the 10 was not clean in the front. Theres a little of hair. Looks like dog hair and it smells weird.

The inside and outside of the Windshield really ought to have been detailed. The rental is booked based on time and vehicle insurance to secure safety of the vehicle AND the operator - a clean window ensures both.

The staff was great, but the equipment was very old. It was 2014 box truck no backup camera, very run down.The heat wasnt working. The wind was coming in the truck due to bad door seals.

The only recommendation I can make is to periodically check the windshield wiper blades. Other than this recommendation, absolutely everything was perfect. From the over-the-phone communication, customer service in office, client support, and standards of equipment.

Provide a clean vehicle. Your website needs real time inventory control. I ordered an appliance dolly to get there being told that they will always be available whether or not they have any at all. Also the transmission was very difficult to shift into gear.

We rented a 15 ft truck and a 20 about two weeks apart, absolutely the best service and so helpful. Whatever we needed he was able to help. Highly recommend this place.

Easy experience and good value for the truck rental.

People were top notch. the truck back where you put stuff had a bunch of roaches. was gross. maybe came from the people who rented it before? hoping I now dont have roaches in my stuff. but the people were awesome.

The only thing negative I can say is that the truck hadnt been started and was covered in snow which I had to clean off myself using my own snow brush from my car. Otherwise this location has always been excellent.
