Excellent Moving Experience with Star Moving! I had a great experience with Star Moving! Ms. Tonya and Mr. Jay were absolutely wonderful. They were both so nice, professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with throughout the entire moving process. They handled everything in a timely manner and made sure all of my belongings were moved efficiently. I truly appreciated how friendly they were and how quickly they got everything done without making the experience stressful. These two gentlemen were amazing and helped me out so much. I called at 1pm the day of because I messed up and didn’t realize that I didn’t add help unloading. They were here within 2 hours. I asked the guys if they were off today and stated that they had just finished for the day. They unloaded a 26ft truck in 3.5 hours and did it with a smile on their faces and are extremely polite. Out of all the moving help I’ve ever had they are by far the best I’ve ever dealt with.

They can’t through at the last minute for me after another moving company canceled last minute! They were flexible, coordinated a time with me, and were efficient, helpful, and very careful with my belongings!

Absolutely amazing and would recommend anyone looking for movers to use JC Moving! Punctual and communicative on when they would arrive and be here and was on time. Got here and started WORKING! Great group of guys and helped out tremendously with the move. Way quicker than I could ever imagine unloading a 20’ foot truck, but they made it look like Childs play. Josh and T were great people and informative. Will ABSOLUTELY we using them again when I need to move things again. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Jon and Julius were so helpful and efficient! We attempted to move our stuff to a 3rd floor apartment and quickly figured out that was not going to happen. We booked them immediately and they were able to communicate with us within a couple hours. I dont know how they do it but thankfully they do! We will definitely be booking Smart Moves again!!

Our other movers cancelled 20 mins before they were supposed to show up. Ozark moving company came to our rescue and saved the day! They showed up in less than an hour and made sure we had everything loaded and ready to go. Super kind & professional the entire time.

They were great with their communication, flexible when I had to make a run home to grab the correct keys for a locked unit, and were quick and efficient with the moving process! I was most impressed by how nicely they arranged my things. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I orig chose these guys because of the rating they had so I’m not sure if today was just a bad day for them but they both came late. My appointment was scheduled for 10am on worker arrived at 1015am and the other arrived at 1019am so they started the job at 1020am. This property was used as a Airbnb so wasn’t much to load and these guys moved extra slow as if they was riding the clock and I’m assuming that’s what they did because they went a hour over! Caught them both at the same time on the phones instead of working! I was disappointed in this company and expected more considering the reviews! I deff would NOT book them again and wouldn’t recommend them from my experience! I will say one thing good about my experience as to not be biased is that they did pack the truck pretty good.

Communication with the company was great from the time I scheduled the move, and the gentleman called me to get additional details, to the eta the morning of the move and throughout the day while working with my employees to pack the u-haul, so that we only had to take one trip to move the entire office. Both guys were kind and professional and joked with staff, like they were just part of the team. What we thought would take 6 hours and two trips, took 4 hours and 1 trip, saving me money. If we decided to make another big move, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Pure Heart.

They didn't finish the loading even though there was room. They flung things when hurrying without noticing items being dropped. One guy was polite but didn't really seem to listen to me. The other guy seemed too young and spent a lot of time standing at the truck. This may partially be my fault for not having everything ready on time, I don't have much experience with moving. They moved things way faster than I ever could so I suppose my criticism may be unfair

The move went according to plan. The guys did a phenomenal job of packing the truck and were very pleasant during the unload. They did exactly what they were contracted to do. I removed one star due to a communication mishap that caused a bit of uneasiness. As a business, providing unsolicited services should not be the customers responsibility. The owner agreed completely, but initial conversations made what could have been an otherwise perfect engagement uncomfortable. All in all, I would recommend them without hesitation.

This company gives a 3 hour window for arrival, like a cable company. I was told that the arrival time would be between 11-2 and that the movers may be a little before 11 or a little after. I misunderstood thinking that she meant that our move time was between 11-2. Our movers didn't arrive for almost two hours. There was no communication to let us know what was going on until I called them. When I called to clarify she said that the arrival time was between 11-2. I freely admit that I misunderstood, but if I had any idea that the movers wouldn't be there around 11 and we could be waiting up to 3 hours I would have never booked with them. The movers almost didn't seem to want to be there, though they did warm up after a few hours. I was worried we may not get our truck back in time but we did. The mover were excellent at loading the truck. They were very efficient and got the job done. If you don't mind waiting for your movers like you wait for your cable guy you will be fine with them

The group showed up time and handled everything very professionally. They had all of my items loaded and unloaded very quickly.

They did everything we asked. Not very knowledgeable of how to help load a truck. In the future if they are coming into someone's home they shouldn't have just smoked weed. The smell was way to strong for me to be around. On the plus side they were polite n was trying to help my husband as best they could.

I had a great moving experience. These two men were professional and hardworking.

In my experience this was a get what you pay for situation. I’ve moved 5 times in the past 3 years and this was my least favorite experience Good- 1) They were fast and very communicative 2) very friendly and brought an extra person to finish the move faster. I booked them for and paid 4 hours and they finished in 1.5 hours. Bad-1) they knocked down pictures in the communal hallway and did not fix them. 2) they left some U-Haul moving blankets outside of the pods. I have to return those or I pay. They could’ve been stolen 3) they left a bag of cat litter in one of the pods, making me wonder if anything else is left under the other moving blankets that were still in the pods 4) loud conversations as they were moving throughout common areas 5) the luggage cart that I took them down to get and showed them where they return was not returned (maybe this one was on me, but a heads up text would’ve been nice)

The guys were quick and efficient and very organized. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The young man that came to help me were very courteous and did a very good job of packing me up and loading my heavy items for me. I moved to apartment on the second floor, they handled my heavy things with care and put them where I needed them.

This would have been a near perfect move. But someone from this company not part of them moving team came and literally started fist fighting with the team loading my items. I was stunned. Who ever that was needs to be reprimanded...or arrested

Overall, this company was great. The communication was not the best. I had to call the company to ensure that they had received my request since it was only a couple days before the move. The communication from the coordinator or owner could improve. The guys that showed up though were very professional and efficient. The finished the job in less than an hour, although I booked for 2 hours.

Brandon was fantastic!

We hired a company to load our uhaul truck and they did a fantastic job so we decided to hire Five Star for the unloading. They did try but they were not up to the job. They took multiple breaks in 4 hours then went over the alloted time and charged us an extra hour. They complained about how the truck was loaded and didn't listen to how we wanted the storage unit packed. Now we get to go back and reorganize it.

Donovan and Dallas were fast and knowledgeable. They managed to move my son to a new apartment and my husband and I to a different apartment, including moving some items to and from storage, over a ten hour period. Not one thing was broken and they hardly took a break. We have to move again in Dec., and we plan to request them for that move.

Nicholas and Carlos arrived about 10 minutes later than we had scheduled, but once they made it, they worked at a steady pace from beginning to end. Despite two sets of stairs and lots of heavy furniture, they managed to get everything moved in a reasonable amount of time. We were so grateful to have their help! Both helpers were very respectful and friendly. We would recommend them both to anyone in need of moving help.

Mike and his twin brother were absolutely outstanding! They unloaded 5 UBoxes and placed everything perfectly so I can take my time unpacking tubs while still having full access to my rooms. They even built my bed for me! They took great care with my belongings and were a joy to have here!

Requested a loading help in the morning and received a 10am-11am arrival window. At 945am the day of the move, received a text stating it’ll have to be rescheduled to 12pm-1pm, due to a customer going over schedule. Not great, but understandable. At 1245pm, received a text that they just finished the previous job and arrival will be after 300pm. The actual arrival time was 319pm against the original schedule window of 10am-11am. I was told that the previous customer requested them to come back after they left. Not sure why they didn’t just decline in order to meet the next appointment. The crew was courteous and completed the move efficiently. Unfortunately the delay of over five hours was too much to handle on a moving day.

I booked these guys to help unload the uhaul truck into my new place, but due to unforeseen circumstances I was running late when they called me and said they were already there. Once I showed up and opened the front door for them, they were the most friendly guys ever and got to work straight way with zero complaints. Even though I was late, they managed to unload everything and even helped set up my adjustable bed within the timeframe I booked them for. Robin and Bill did a great job and were friendly and hardworking.

One of the movers could not speak English, they were not careful with our items and seemed to be in a hurry to complete the job. They had no skills on how to pack the truck so my husband had to stand by the truck and instruct them and at times actually moving things so they didn't get damaged. I had to help them with items and they never once said it was their job and that I didn't need to help. Once we got to the storage unit we had them move things into the building and then we told them to leave and we would finish putting it inside the unit. They seemed shocked when we told them that they had to help us unload the truck. Very stressful experience.

We had a great experience with BIG BOYZ! The two movers who unloaded our belongings at our new home were courteous, well-organized, and extremely efficient. They worked quickly while taking care to handle everything properly, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They made the unloading process easy and hassle-free, which we truly appreciated during our move. I would absolutely recommend BIG BOYZ to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company!

Unfortunately they were late 2 hours. The loading process wasn’t the best. They were not careful with any of my items. My sofa was stepped on by one of the movers. Has a huge footprint on it; mind you it’s white. Will definitely have to get it cleaned. Has stains all around because they dragged it. And after 4 hours half of my stuff is in my old apartment. Walking back in they had left my headboard in the hallway of the apartment complex. Definitely did not have a pleasant experience. And on top of that I now have to pay U-Haul for an extra amount of hours.

Omega Moving was outstanding. The owner Jay communicated with us before the move. They were professional on time, fast, efficient and careful. Most of all they were kind and patient. We were moving my elderly mother from one senior apartment to another so they not only had to deal with her constant questions, my stress but also other elderly residents trying to get by, using the elevators... The elevators during lunch time became tricky and added an extra half an hour trying to her move out. They kindly and patiently helped the elderly folks onto the elevators and waited for them. We will be moving ourselves and will be using Omega Moving when we sell our house.

The two movers were friendly and very helpful. They were efficient with their time and moved the furniture carefully. No items were damaged. We asked them to carry stuff around the long way to get items in the basement and they were very accommodating.
