This was an incredibly smooth and well orchestrated experience all around. From the East Coast to the Midwest, everyone who helped get my UBox to my new home was efficient, professional and friendly. Would absolutely use this service again.

incredibly smooth delivery and load

I would strongly recommend using UHaul pods to anyone. UHaul helpers were great also. Thank you

The container amount estimate was a but off, but we adjusted for that going in based on our past experience. Well be happy to use Uboxes on our next move!

My experience with my U-Haul container surpassed my expectations! From scheduling to communication and pick-up, your service made a challenge completely manageable and stress-free. THANK YOU!

Great moving experience with a UBox. Cost effective, and staff and App made it all so easy.

I am totally satisfied with UHaul from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout with no surprises. UBox driver Karen was fantastic, as well as Jessica in Ocala. I would wholeheartedly recommend UHaul for any moving needs.

I picked up my U-Box, but they were great. Sarah in Bristol, PA was great

I loved the uboxes. We loaded them at our own pace and they hold SOOO much. Amazing. I would recommend the u boxes 110.

Second time using the containers everything fit perfectly. Received everything on time and arrived safely in great condition. Will use the containers next time if I need to move things to another state.

Great customer service. Help me throughout the whole process with understanding everything. Highly recommended ubox

Ty did an excellent job with delivery and pickup of the uboxes. She was pleasant, a hustler, and was a wizard with that fork lift. Everything in my uboxes was just like I packed them. Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service. Everyone went above and beyond. Items arrived in great condition.Thank you so much.

More than enough moving pads. Staff delivering and picking up pods were as nice as they could possibly be. Very good service!

My Ubox experience has been very good. U haul people are well trained, easy to understand and efficient.

This is my second time using Uhauls Ubox service to move long distance and Im as thrilled by this experience as I was in 2017. The quality of the boxes has improved as has the coordination from drop off and pick up to delivery. Ill definitely recommend Uhaul and use them again in the future.

The move from Vermont to CA was error free . My first time use of Pods could not have been better .

Very happy with my experience with Uhaul pod. Pickup and Delivery drivers were very Professional and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use again in the future if needed.

Great customer service! Plus, the box and the furniture pads were immaculate. Thank you for making this so easy!

Love the ease and transparency of using your containers! In addition, your communication process is outstanding!

Overall a great experience. Had a little mixup in delivery to the house on final destination, but it was resolved to our satisfaction. The only way to move across country. U-Haul Ubox made this so easy. Thank you!

Excellent experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful and my container arrived much earlier than expected. Id definitely use this option again.

A larger moving container would be helpful. All employees were friendly and knowledgeable of their jobs at both the origin and destination of our move.

We have used the UBoxes several times to move to our new location and have been pleased with all the employees we have come in contact with. The system is easy to use and would recommend this service to everyone that are planning to move.

Called customer service twice and both times the people I spoke with were incredibly helpful and so nice. No issues with the pods

clear update about the box movements from source

This was the lowest costs, easiest move I have ever made. This is the way to go if you have room for the containers to sit out an loadunload over time. Know what you put where and you can loadunload one room at a time. This was also the cheapest move I have done too. I cant recommend this enough.

Outstanding 4th move across the country UBOX rocks!!!

Overall it was a easy smooth process from start to finish. Would recommend Ubox for anyone moving.

Overall my experience with U-Haul Boxes was great from start to finish

Ubox made my move so much easier. Thank you!

The boxes were delivered and picked up on time, and unloaded efficiently by Honeward Bound movers

Everything was perfect! The communication was excellent during my entire move from Florida to Indiana. UHAUL kept me informed step-by-step on when the uBoxes would arrive be picked up! Thnx for an outstanding moving experience!

Great service. Loved the uhaul boxes. So convenient.

One of my least favorite things to do is move, U-Haul u boxes and the service of your staff was excellent it was the best moving experience I ever experienced! Thank you for your excellent service! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who wants a seamless moving experience!!

The Ubox experience is amazing. Our driver is excellent in dropping it off and picking up. Very responsive

Great service. I will use U-Haul boxes again.

Move went smoothly. Would use U-haul again. Uboxes were safe, dry and we were able to put much more in them that we thought. Take the recommendation of the U-haul folks. They are spot on.

This whole experience of renting the Ubox in Mission BC and having it delivered to my door in Okotoks Alberta was flawless, easier and cheaper than renting a truck and doing the drive myself. Im ecstatic and grateful.

In all, we had an eventful experience with the moving. U-Haul service has made the move easier with pods service. Great employees services, the drivers of the U-Haul drop off and pick up are exceptionnel.

All in us was a great team that unloaded our uboxes carefully and efficiently. I highly recomment them.

We are very pleased with the service from beginning to end! The communication was great from dropoff to delivery of the U-Boxes. Everyone that I spoke to was pleasant and accommodating to us. Thank you for Great Service!

No need to improve on anything. This was a great experience! Would definitely rent the U-Haul boxes again!

Excellent customer service. Staff at the Prescott store were incredibly helpful. They made the loading of my U Box a pleasant experience; by encouraging and coaching me through the entire process!

Brittany was awesome when it came to delivering my Ubox in santa fe. I appreciate her amazing and friendly demeanor and great customer service.

Box was lost due to an unscheduled delivery attempt, but the staff at Indo figured it out and it arrived safely after all.

Flawless move using two UBoxes. The woman that dropped the boxes off and picked them up was very helpful and answered all questions and had great suggestions.

Everything went smoothly. Easy to access UBox..it arrived on time. LAs Moving Team in LA was EXCELLENT!! Will recommend to friendsfamily.

Both drop off members were friendly, professional I have rented UBOXs several times and its always been a wonderful experience.

Uhaul ubox was a great option for us. We moved from Bellingham WA to tucson AZ with two uboxes. We were unsure of our delivery timeline so this option worked very well for us. Great people at both ends at the local uhaul stores, and the boxes arrived on time.

The services and staff were exceptional. Constant communication helped me know where and when the container was at all time. The delivery service and staff are awesome as well. I would definitely recommend U haul containers to anyone

Do away with the wood and canvas U-boxThe aluminum one I used was awesome!

Friendly staff at the Craig Road location. UBox delivery driver friendly and helpful.

Definitely will use ubox for next move awesome service!

You guys did great! And the U-Box driver was AWESOME!!!!!

All the people were helpful, and giving great information about unloading and placement of the U-haul boxes...Very well trained in delivery; careful and considerate of apartment traffic !

Phone contacts were fast, efficient and personable while getting the job done. Both deliveries of the U-Box were excellent - quite amazing how good those women are at their jobs.

Loved the women that dropped off and picked up the containers in both states. You have a wonderful staff of them. They were so nice and super efficient and knew what they were doing!

The U-box could use some more internal tie-down connections. Thats about it. The whole process was very smooth.

I could not be more pleased with the U-pod process. It was very easy to get delivered and picked up. All the drivers were very respectful and efficient in their operations. The notification process was very easy to maneuver. All in all, a very positive experience for me.

Very friendly staff --- drivers were very good at delivery and pickup of containers -- and, they were on time along with calling to let me know they were on the way

The U Box made the shipping so less stressful! Thanks!BTW, didnt need so many furniture pads. Just sayin :

Everything was great with U-Haul U-Boxes I highly recommend them to anyone moving across the country.

Great moving experience. Easy to load UBox, arrived on time, UHaul assistance was great, unload assistance was wonderful!

The young lady who dropped the containers at 4418 Citadel was very polite and professional. She went above and beyond to locate those boxes in the most convenient spot possible, making our move much easier.

Anah was amazing and answered all of my questions kindly and professionally. Still waiting on delivery, but they just picked it up. All very timely and informed me if every step and kept me informed

U-Haul made our move so much easier than I expected. The young lady who dropped the pod at our new house and picked it up is absolutely a star. Make sure you take good care of her.

The manager at the Iowa city location went out her way by coming in to work on her day off to personally deliver my u-box so that I would get it on time. She is the definition of customer service.

U-Haul was helpful from beginnint to end.Weve used U-Box on at least 4 occasions and have been very satified with the results. We highly recommend it.

The U-Box actually arrived ahead of schedule. We were very happy with how smoothly the whole process went. The people were both friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The service was excellent, I was a little hesitant to get the box but the box arrived very well, same condition, my stuff didnt move out of place and there wasnt any damage. In Santa Clara I got help from staff to move one of my items and everyone was very friendly and helpful

The service was great and the box arrived earlier than I anticipated.

The process was overall simple and all done online. My box shipped from Austin to Tulsa safely and pretty quickly. Everything arrived undamaged.

I was told it was easy to go from three to two pods. It took several days to be credited on moving help and pods both.

We needed extra time to pack the Ubox, and were very happy that our request was accommodated. Perhaps Uhaul can guide folks in ensuring that more than 3 days are provided. I had originally asked for a week, but the sales person inadvertently shortened to 3 days.

Great service. Friendly staff. Communicated all along the way. Shipped Nevada to New Jersey with zero issues and very quickly. UHaul almost beat me to NJ. Contents in perfect condition. Highly, highly recommend.

This was my second time moving multiple u-boxes cross country. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend.

Everything was great! We are very happy with your U-box service and we will use it again!

Scheduled delivery and pick up were as scheduled and prompt. Staff were all excellent and professional. Will use UBox in the future.

U-Haul staff members in both Milwaukee and Birmingham were friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend U-Haul U-Box to anyone I know who is movingacross town or across country.

Honestly a great moving experience with U-Haul. The U-boxes were convenient and cost-effective compared to most other options. Would use again.

Whole experience from start to finish was very professional, friendly, supportive and they provided the right amount of guidance in the building and at the various location of U-Box Thank you, U-Haul.

the delivery of the containers to our Prescott Az was great and the driver was great for positioning the containers and the drivers in Harvest AL were amazing and able to place and pick them up! The whole experience is one we would do again. next would be internationally.

Second time using u-box service and everyone I had contact with has been wonderful from start to finish. Thank you!

Overall very good experience with UHaul again. The only hiccup was the UPod delivery was about 2 hours later than promised. No big deal but it did put our loading time a little behind schedule. The staff was great at every interaction.

Great move with U-Haul. We did not have a lot to move so the container worked well for what we needed. On time delivery and very friendly support.

The delivery of the UBox to my new house....Amanda was awesome!

Using the U Box was the easiest way for me to move from AZ to DE! Everything flows perfectly!!! The best thing I have ever done in moving! Everyone was so nice! Contacts were on point! Questions were answered and I loved the whole process!! Thank you!

On time delivery and pick up, friendly employees and U-Boxes were clean and easy to use

Ive moved cross country multiple times and used UhAul Ubox. Its reliable and Ive had great experience every time.

Never actually went into the Goodyear Uhaul store, but they stored the u-box that I shipped from Snoqualmie, Wa. They also delivered and picked my u-box, and I was very pleased with that service. Uhaul pods are what I will use for all my moves now. Great service!!

2000 miles and not 1 thing out of place or broken thank you u-haul u-box

Using U-boxes was a great experience. It made moving items less stressful. Great system and product. Our local delivery driver is very friendly and skillful!

This is the best way to move! It would have cost more in gas had we rented a truck. It was much less hassle to have these UBOXes dropped off. The U-Haul people, text messages and calls for delivery and pickup was awesome and helpful. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to move.

The Mobile location provided an option for delivery at a reasonable price. The Paducah location offered box delivery for 10 times as much. I would use uboxes in Mobile again but not in Paducah.

The Ubox experience is excellent, the staffs are very friendly, helpful and professional. The shipping is on time and very informative. I would strongly the moving company to others

All of the drivers were excellent. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and courteous. The box contents arrived in good shape I would definitely recommend using u-boxes particularly for a small move.

There was a delay on getting access to box, but staff was extremely helpful and would recommend.

Easy process from pick-up to drop-off across the country. Items were in same condition when opening the Ubox and did not appear to be exposed to any outside conditions. Staff were friendly and in constant communication throughout the process. Id use this to move again.

Great service all along. Try to make new containers that can be digitally locked c

I had 9 pods filled in Denver and sent to Sioux Falls to be unloaded at my new home. The pods arrived over a 3 day period and delivery was excellent. U Haul in Denver did a wonderful job with providing the pods and staff to fill them Sioux Falls did not do the best job on the Moving Help side.

This was my first time using the U-Boxes and they worked out great from the loading to arrival at the new location!

1010 super friendly service delivery. Will use inhale fireball my moving needs! Thank you

My experience of using U-Boxes for shipping my stuff from east coast to west coast is great! On time pickup and delivery as per the scheduled times, and the overall shipping time was much shorter than the original estimate. Will definitely use again in the future!

Thank you to the ladies who delivered and picked up the boxes.

Tell them to consider how many days they might need to get their box loaded. Also how making a list or plan in advance will make them more aware of how much stuff they actually have. I very much underestimated in these areas. Not your fault. Just my inexperience in moving.

The boxes arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great.

The entire experience was great. From the delivery and pick up of the box as well as the live updates and everyone I personally interacted with was polite, professional and helpful.

I have more than 15 UBoxes and the UHaul storage team and traffic team have been wonderful working with me to keep costs manageable and to complete my final unload this month

Loved your Uhaul boxes and the treeatment I got was repsectful, knowledgable and kind, supportive !!!

The box was clean and well stocked with furniture blankets. Communication was great for the drop off and pick ups.I was very pleased with the whole project. Five stars everywhere.

Great way to move. Uboxes are hands down better than the conventional way of moving, e.g. renting a truck.

Drivers must ensure to read the drop off instructions properly and follow the images provided. As well as contact the customer upon arrival and confirm where they placed the U boxes is appropriate. Also, common sense is needed. If theres a garage... dont block it!

This is my first time using UBoxes with U-Haul. My experience with Uhaul and UBoxes were fantastic! I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Chris Conklin in U-Haul Storage of Duwamish in Tukwila, WA for his generosity and his kindness! Hes the best!!

Everything went well. We shipped the U Boxes from Texas to Florida.

I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of your employees. They were caring and respectful of my requests to remove the pod in a timely manner. Very impressed. Will highly recommend!!!

Delivery went well and the pick up of the empty container went very smoothly!

Once we sorted out the proper containers the transfer was smooth. The staff was doing their best to meet our needs. We appreciate the strain on local businesses right now and are gald we have our stuff from Montana, now in Maine!

This was stress-free moving experience! The staff was friendly and helpful with getting out our UBox container to self store. It was a seamless process!

Convenient service! Perfect from delivery to pick-up.

Fast, friendly customer service. Fast drop off, shipping and pick up of the boxes and everything arrived fast as safe.

Ubox had made our move much easier and smooth. We will recommend to our friends!

Great staff and enjoyed the amazing women who delivered and picked up u-box

This is my second time and it was so amazing. Uhaul arrived supper fast. Staff were on top of calling with updates. Scheduling. Drop off and pick up were excellen. Amazing nothing in my uhaul was damaged moved around they took good care of my box . Great job.

The process was very easy a d everyone along g the way was very helpful.I would recommend ubox to anyone moving.

We truly had a wonderful experience with our u-box! Everyone who works for yall is SO NICE!

My Ubox stayed in place and I emptied it on-site.Closeout the contracts once they are complete. The customer shouldnt have to call to have charges reversed.

The U-Haul box is an excellent method for small moves. Ive used their services four times!! Very efficient, on time, appreciate communication by texts!!

Wonderful experience. All individuals I spoke with were really helpful and pleasant. Box arrived on time. Was amazing.

Staff at the location were very helpful in making my U-Boxes available with short notice.

Excellent experience with U-Haul containers.

Have never used a U-box for moving. Its great! I did not have to travel multiple days worrying if someone would break into my truck. I loaded the heavy pieces into the U-box, they picked it up and delivered it to my destination across states. Everything arrived safely. Thanks UHaul!!!

This was such a smooth move. We used a U-Box to have some furniture shipped from Texas to Iowa. The process was almost entirely online, however, they did call to confirm drop offs and pick ups. It was super easy!

Boxes were one day late arriving - not a big issue. Did not need the furniture pads - maybe request those rather than just putting them in the boxes. Janet was AMAZING!!!!! CJ and Adam were awesome in the deliveries of my boxes!

I knew how many containers I needed so didnt ask for recommendations. My overall experience was excellent. Have definitely told others that if they ever need something like the pods to give a call.

Have boxes ready on time, clean u-boxes between customers, answer the phone in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything was great from start to finish. My only wish was if the uboxes were dropped off earlier, but even the given drop off tine was fine.

Box arrived on time, items were exactly as I packed them and delivery personnel were helpful and friendly.

Release boxes on the scheduled day

The customer service was impeccable from the person on the phone to the unbox delivery people. Everyone was super helpful. My contents arrived out of state without an issue. I am very pleased with your customer service!!

The customer service was impeccable from the person on the phone to the unbox delivery people. Everyone was super helpful. My contents arrived out of state without an issue. I am very pleased with your customer service!!

The u boxes were the best and cheapest option for cross country moving!

Love the U-boxes!

From start to finish- the communication was fantastic. The only thing I would recommend is that when the recipient is not the same person sending the container, it is important to keep them in the loop as well. All all- awesome experience! Thank you!

The driver was excellent. She arrived early, asnwered my questions and set the box exactly where we agreed. All great. Exceeded my expectations.

We would highly recommend U-Box for moving!

Jennifer and Micah were excellent doing the pod deliveries and were on time. No improvements are fast add Im concerned!

U-Haul exceeded my expectations. There were mixed reviews on U-Haul experience with UB box, but I decided to still go with it as it was the most affordable option and Im glad I did because it was so worth it. It was delivered early. All the staff was so nice

Excellent service and was our second time utilizing U-boxes for a move.

Uhaul easily surpassed my expectations. Price was great, service was great, my belongings arrived safe and on time. I will be recommending U-boxes to everyone I know.

Great service and U-Box was delivered a day before scheduled delivery date! I recommend this to anyone!

This is the second major move for me. I used UHaul Pods for both moves. I had a flawless experience.

Very easy to use this UHaul location. Ubox is a low cost solution for college students needing storage over the summer.

One container came safe, but the other container had all the boxes fallen off.

I appreciate that u-haul provides 24 furniture pads per u-box. I used the extra pads to fill in the gaps between furniture items. My items arrived safely with no damage, which is wonderful!

Im happy that you have upgraded from the wooden U-boxes. The contents will be much more secure.

Excellent service, our delivery of our uhaul boxes, Brittney from Elizabeth city, NC was excellent!!

There are no improvements needed. I had a great experience and everything was intact and Delivery was great from first Drop Off to second Drop Off.

Dion and the employees at the Fargo office were great, we had a great moving experience. N Ft Myers office was great, they got our Uboxes to us and they picked them up the next day right on time, great job everyone.

Everything went smoothly, our uhaul driver, Brittney did an excellent job delivering our unboxes to us she also picked them back up 2 days later, our driveway was very challenging but she handled it with excellence.

Cecilia was especially amazing!!! She was always going out of her way to make sure we had the containers on time and always super friendly! She was awesome!

Thankful for the only option for a studio apartment move. Other companies have pods twice the size. U Haul provides a smaller and cheaper option. Plus, everyone Ive dealt with on the phone and in person has been fantastic!

Hope I never have to move again but if I did, UHaul containers are the way to go! Process was easy, they drop them off you load them and they pick them at your convenience!

Very efficient and easy to set up and everytime I called when I needed to hold off on a pickup they rescheduled on the spot! Super impressed with these containers and how easy it was to utilize.

U-box is an excellent option when you need to move more items e.g. small appartment or room than will fit in a truck or car, but not enough for a large moving company. Cost effective, easy and highly recommended.

I am very satisfied and will recommend u-boxes to all my friends. U-haul made moving easy!!!

We ordered extra pods just to be safe and we definitely needed all of them. Id say the recommended number was low. Everything else about the experience was top notch!

One of the great things was you helped me get the extra container I needed asap and it arrived early enough I could ship it with the others

Great and even more. Best pods service out there, at least in USA for sure! Thank you very much! Will be using again, and again, and again :

The move was totally perfect. All went as planned. Thank you U Haul Box associates: you are the Best!!

I was cautious about this experience but I cant say enough good things. Everything was on time and arrived safely. When I needed to change the deliveries or pickup times, it was easy to talk to a person and do so. Both delivery drivers were so kind and professional. Thank you!

I was impressed with how easy U-Haul made this for me. All the employees were great. My one concern was picking the box up in Dallas they were 2 days late and didnt tell me. I had to call them

I wish you offered 16 foot containers and ill never use PODS again!a million times better tha.n PODS!NEVER OUTSOURCE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was always reassuring knowing I can call the local u-haul place and get access instead of PODs and waiting an hour for a rep!!Thank You!!

Honestly was very happy with the whole ubox experience. Very communicative, very friendly, everything arrived on time and would use again

Daniel, Dolly, and Blanca wereamazing. They made the stressful moving process very easy. They were very professional and very helpful. Great experience. Using Ubox was a great idea. .

Meridian team has been great - delivery pickup crew were on time, proficient and friendly. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them.My containers were ordered in Alaska and are smaller than prior boxes, a 4th one was necessary.

U-box is the way to go

Bobbi made sure the containers were positioned perfectly for loading, and she was a pleasure to deal with. Made the experience very easy for us!

The service was great, and the ubox is the way to go if you dont want to drive. The price is right. I cant say anything bad about my experience. I have always used Uhaul to move. But this time I did the ubox. And I will recommend Uhaul to anyone that is moving.

Everything was terrific! The U-Box arrived earlier than expected, but it worked out better that way. Communication between me and U-Haul was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way. Finally a company that really values customer service!Thank you!

Other than not recommending enough UBoxes, my move exceeded my expectations. Every associate connected to Uhaul was exceedingly professional, timely and responsive.

Wish it was a bit cheaper, but great option for long distance moving, one piece of furniture was broken when opened up the container but everything else was fine

Written instructions about what to expect when loading unboxes at the facility. Include details like what street to pull in from, where to pull into, what the layout looks like.

U-Box service was just what we needed to move a family member across country. The pickup and delivery in both locations went seamlessly. All of our items in the Box were in good condition when we got to our final destination. Thank you U-Haul.

Very very happen with the U box experience. Truck drivers were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The staff and service at this location was excellent. The U-boxes arrived on time and placed in the exact location i wanted. I was very happy with this location.

My U-boxes were delivered on time to the home I was moving from and picked up when they said they would be.I had to keep them in storage until my new place was ready to move into and, again, the U-boxes were deliveredas promised and picked up as promised. Couldnt have been easier.

This location is where my 3 UBoxes were delivered from NY. The delivery from here was made by Kristen who had moved and set the boxes perfectly.

Overall, great experience. The movers on both sides of our experience were great, professional, and kind. Would recommend U-Haul U-Box and will likely use again in the future.

The delivery was after the delivery window at our destination but it was delivered same day. Over all price and experience was excellent. Half the cost of other moving services.

The Uhaul experience was great! Lots of pads, the boxes havent been shipped yet, so I dont know if everything is safe. The delivery of the boxes was longer than I thought, but all went well when they arrived.

Make sure units are delivered when promised.

The tighter you can make the delivery windows the better, understanding you guys have logistics constraints. But overall it was a great experience, and beats driving a truck down myself!

Jessie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. He accommodated my swap to a metal container and showed me the updated container ID on his end, so there was no worry about my boxes getting lost. He always had my container out on time and checked in often.

All staff was friendly and knowledgable. Any time I called they were friendly. Delivery was easy and just where I wanted it to be. Website and links were easy to interact with. Thank you all for help with our move. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to make a move.

Great service for a great price. Everything arrived on time in great shape. We will definitely use you again if we have any other moves.

The experience overall was very positive. The people in WA were always helpful and professional. The pod arrived in CA earlier than promised. I had a very good experience and would recommend them.

The drivers that dropped off and picked up our uboxes were amazingvery grateful.

This location was great. I did have an issue accessing my Ubox as I made an appointment for 6pm and was later told no appointments after 5pm so I did not access the Ubox one of the days it was booked. The customer service was great though and the staff were all very kind.

Lenena provided excellent customer service in delivering the UBox.

This is my second time using a Ubox and I recommend it to others!

A wonderful experience yesterday at U-Haul. Mr Necessary was great when I checked out my Ubox and I was happy to see Isabella again when I checked it back in - Isabella helped me in April and was wonderful then and now. Highly recommend working with U-Haul and I will again in the Spring!

Highly recommended.I received my container 10 days before the original delivery date. When I called to rescheduled they were really helpful and kind.

The lady who both delivered and picked up my U-boxes in Sunderland, ON was excellent! She was very friendly, cheerful, professional and prompt. I give her an enthusiastic 5 star review!

The U-Box is the next thing to heaven on earth in terms of convenience in storage. The only proof that Im not a pack rat was having this unit within arms reach. You guys gals are just great! From communication to timing - Outstanding customer service!

Very impressed the pod was able to be delivered down a residential back alley and the delivery truck navigated the Chicago city streets up get here! So convenient and smooth all around!

Very happy that I went with the Ubox from U-Haul. All 3 drivers were very professional and thorough with their jobs. I would highly recommend using this service.

U-Haul was the best. Dropped my containers when they said and picked up. No issues, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, hoping not to move again but if I would I would use!

I highly recommend a U-box. It was convenient affordable. U-Haul was helpful, responsive communicative throughout the entire process

I honestly did not pack my stuff super securely as far as protecting it from breakage. And absolutely nothing was broken. Great service, so friendly, would highly recommend your company in the pods to friends.

I was amazed that the only broken item was one plastic hanger! My drop off and pick up delivery driver Annah was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She was excellent to work with and made sure the box was picked up quickly after I finished unpacking it.

Our experience was amazing from the day I called to inquire about the u-boxes. Everyone I spoke to and came to our home for pick up and delivery were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you UHaul for a great experience.

Theresa delivered and pick-up excellent!

Very pleased with U Haul and using the box was great, simple and easy!

Very pleased with my U-Box move across the country! U-Haul was very easy to calltext with, provided plenty of communication throughout the process, and the value for us was great compared to boxpod shipping competitors. 100 recommend!

Will use U haul again!Containers much better option than professional movers!!!

So many furniture pads!! Impressed throughout the process with UHual and the UBox containers. My neighbor is interested after seeing how how easily the containers can be maneuvered and setup. Love the ability to extend as we waited for the house to be painted. Thank u!!

Nothing was broken and therefore packed well by a Uhaul recommended mover. I stored my UBoxes for a long time and now have moved everything out of them. Would recommended Uhaul if you need moving and storage.

Tucson Team was great. Very easy to contact and kept me up to date during every step. Delivery and pick up were flawless. Highly recommend.

Everything went great! Will use U-Box again!!

Ernie and the staff were excellent! Very helpful and friendly. My boxes arrived 5 days early. So that was a bonus. They were able to reschedule delivery and I was able to arrange pick up easily once I had emptied the boxes. Not a thing was broken! I shipped two big screen TVs.

I could not be more pleased with the U boxes and the service that was received. Communication was excellent and the workers were so helpful and nice. 5 stars across the board and highly recommend! TY for making this easy, safe, and stress-free!

James did a great job dropping off and picking up our Ubox at the Lafayette LA destination. He was friendly too. Only one problemthe link tracking the delivery stopped working. I called the staff in Sulfer, LA, who helped me. Thank you, U-Haul!

The staff answered all my questions and were polite even when I needed them to repeat the instructions. Chardonnay dropped off and picked up our Ubox and did a great job of informing us of our options and the timeline.

I think providing either a wider time slot of expected arrival or provide day of edits of the time being moved.

Overall outstanding performance from all of Uhaul staff. Everyone was nice to work with and helped make this process go smoothly. U-boxes are efficient and easy to use, highly recommended.

This location was extremely helpful and accommodating when we moved our young adult son from FL to Chicago. The Ubox containers were the perfect solution for his move. All items arrived safely without any damage. The staff at the Chicago location were awesome.

I had a great experience throughout the move, from packing to picking up my empty PODs. Thank you to all the personnel that were involved in moving me from Colo. To Alabama. Everything was right on schedule. I will recommend U-Haul to all my Family and friends.

You advertise a price then it ends up costing 400 dollars more. Be more upfront about pricing. Your competitors are. My experience with the actual container was great. The drivers were very friendly and efficient when delivering and picking up. Overall it was a great experience

Jordan was extremely friendly and professional. Amazing delivery of my unit and items.

Manager was extremely helpful. Delivery person friendly on time and pleasant. I would recommend U boxes for everyone.

This was the ubox receiving location for a move from Juneau, AK. Both locations have been excellent to work with.

Very happy. Kept me informed as to the movement of the container. Highly recommended

Thank you for the friendly and courteous driver who delivered my up box to my home.

It was a good experience at both ends of our move. Well recommend using u-boxes to our family friends. Echo, our u-box delivery person was especially helpful efficient.

The only problem was that they faced the box away from the house

The drivers who dropped off and picked up the container were very friendly and helpful. The same applies to the staff I spoke with on the phone. I would recommend this option.

Very friendly people helping me dropping off and picking up the boxes. Get prepared for boxes to be deliveredpicked up earlierlater than their scheduled time.

First time using the UHaul box and it worked great!Glad I didnt get one of the wooden boxes.

I am really satisfied with u hual u box, really impressive.Drivers, staff is really friendly

The beauty of loading your own items is that you determine what is most valuable and you pack it accordingly. We got all our pods when we wanted them all items were in great condition and everything arrived that we sent. Cant ask for a greater moving experience.

Willow the driver did an excellent job of navigating our dead end street and with a smile the whole time. The team member that called me ahead of the box delivery, noted something incorrect on the order and corrected it immediately, making for a smooth delivery and pick up. Good job team!

I had a great experience with my ubox rental and move. The delivery and pick up of my box was timely and efficient. The cross country move and arrival of my box went smoothly. I am very happy with my choice to use Uhaul Ubox for my recent moving needs. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience; communication was great; always informed of times for pickup and delivery. No surprises in pricing: precisely as quoted initially.Tanya, who delivered and picked up UBox, is a credit to UHaul. Helpful with a sunny disposition!

The entire experience was great! Terry at Blockhouse Storage provided the most excellent service for my household goods, storage and continuous access to my boxes. He was accommodating. He was also great with communication. Highly recommend both Uboxes and Blockhouse Storage.

Extremely impressed with this location in their proactive and friendly communication and the condition of my U-Box, the ease of locating and unloading it on the appropriate daytime and customer service approach! Well done!

I am very satisfied with the whole Uhaul pod process. I used the moving help service for pod pickupdelivery loadunload. The pod traveled from the East coast to the West coast and there was not a single broken or damaged item. Highly recommend!

This made my moving experience SO easy. Im so pleased with this experience. They were so helpful and detail oriented. They also worked with me to have it delivered earlier than planned. I will absolutely be using the moving box service for my next move.

Daniel the mgr. in San Jose was great! He was extremely helpfulfriendly.I believe the rep who dropped offpicked up my container was Trina? She was fantastic. Extremely hard working and very helpful.Id recommend Uhaul Ubox.

I didnt need so many pads. I left some in the empty U box.

Late to pick up the container, but beyond that, went flawlessly. Got container delivered in time and in tact. A little pricey, but Id definitely do it again and recommend it to others.

UHaul did an amazing job on our cross country move using UBoxes. We are grateful to all your amazing staff for the high quality service, hard work and great communication, as well as extremely reasonable price. Do not waste your time with other moving services - UHaul can do it all and do it well.

I wish I knew about U-haul boxes before. This made my move flexible, comfortable, and less expensive than a moving company.

Only problem we had was the pods got to lakeville on time but delivery to our address in Faribault couldnt be completed until 7 days after they got to lakeville. We just picked up the pods ourselves to speed up the process.

I had 2 boxes pick up! Everything went very well.

Fantastic experience. Thanks. I have been telling everyone I know about how great the box was.

Very happy with the ubox experience.

Excellent experience using Uhaul boxes! You all get a 15 out of 10. We couldnt be more pleased with the service and the friendlyhelpful staff.

I was totally amazed that the whole experience was so easy. My Ubox came as scheduled and was shipped off right away. I definitely recommend this company and its Ubox.

Containers were easy to load and haul. Employees were super helpful and knew what to recommend and how to make the move as easy as possible. Friendly staff at this location

The staff here was very helpful in getting my Ubox available for me to unload. I appreciate it.

Love that I could follow the progress of the container. Everything went smooth and Im a happy customer. Thank u

Amazing drop off and pick up container service in Foley!

This service was perfect for my move. It was really helpful to have extra time to load and unload the containers verses using a truck. Being able too store them for a few weeks was great gave me time to paint the new house.

There was a minor issue when we started loading our stuff, we notice some sharp metal on the wall in our second box. So I cut a couple of pieces of styrofoam and stick them there. Other than that, they were very flexible with schedule and staff are professional and friendly.

Employees were friendly , helpful and profesional. I would reccomend this company to anyone. My move across 2000 miles with 3 Boxes was easy. Thank you Megan and Makayla in Post Falls Idaho !

Be able to take furniture pads back in UBox delivery truck if not needed.

An amazing experience so stressless I will definitely be using pods again in the future

UHaul UBoxes are great for any move. I used them for a cross country move. Everything was on time and arrived safely.

My u container was a few days late and some things were broken. The movers are amazing!

The location in Tallahassee worked well with me. They called me a few days after my uboxes arrived although I had forgot about them and made the process of closing my tab very easy. If I had to recommend a site in Tallahassee to someone Id say them.

The Ubox is the best moving tool out there!! They drop off the box to your home, you fill it, then they pick it up! I went from Ohio to Arizona and they kept it in storage until I moved into a new home. The app is user friendly I am very very pleased.

What a great option for moving! Self loaded, used a moving service: Two Men and an Angel in Carrollton TX. Went like clockwork! The Plano facility had the Uboxes ready to pick up. The movers were amazing! Very careful and so nice.

Pods arrived late due to lack of drivers but Chasity was amazing and went above and beyond to deliver them late at night before movers arrived made sure we still to our weight tickets.

Excellent excellent service from my first phone call to when the Ubox was picked up. I couldnt ask for better service. Half the price of the Pod company. They picked it up in California on time and delivered it on time in Orlando Florida. I would highly recommend them.

Nothing! The women who delivered and picked the box were so efficient, careful and detail oriented. They gave me lots of confidence that my goods would be well taken care of!!!

The driver who picked up my box pod from my new home was incredible! Here manipulation of the semi on my streets that are so very tight was above and beyond. What knowledge. She was so friendly, helpful, with perfect customer service.I give her an A plus plus!

Excellent experience with U-Haul staff and services. The UBoxes worked perfectly in that there was no damage or heat-related problems. Very happy with our experience.

Jennifer S. was amazing! So helpful and professional and courteous. Expertly placed the U-Boxes right where we needed them and was super helpful with tips and ideas. Greatly appreciated!

This is my third U-box move. The all have been positive, but the team was very helpful and the drivers were exceptional. Unfortunately, we had to make several date changes based on a delayed closing- each time the team was helpful and accommodating.

Portia was very friendly and helpful, and delivered our container on time and carefully which we really appreciated because we had a small drop-off location! Everyone we spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process as well. Thank you so much!

This was a great way to ship items from one state to another. The process was easy and everyone kept me well informed throughout the entire move process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly also.

We had an excellent experience all the way around. I highly recommend U- boxes. They are more economical than their competitor. Employees were very professional, helpful, flexible. I would use this service again and I will recommend to others

Delivery driver who dropped off and picked up the U-Box was awesome!

The team at the Kahului U-Haul were exceptional, put my U-box in the shade and made the whole experience easy. From renting the van to the move, explaining how the shipping system worked, and when I could expect my container to arrive.

U-Haul and U-Box is the only was I will move from now on. Affordable, simple, streamlined. The staff on both ends were great! Flexible, helpful and friendly.

Everything went just fine. I had no problems at all. Also absolutely no damage. I will definitely recommend the Ubox container and the Goodyear facility was outstanding.. Thank you.

Exceptional customer service! I had to change the delivery date and U-Haul was extremely accommodating. Every step of the process was smooth. I will definitely use U-Haul containers for my next interstate move.

More precise delivery window than 10 am to 4 pm

This process was seamless and extremely easy. Customer service was excellent and the ease of changing the pick-up date was unbelievable.I used my container to store items in my garage while I epoxied the floor.

The u box program was excellent all the way from start to finish.

The store help was okay. The UBox team was fantastic. They were pleasant, courteous and allowed me to adjust the schedule at the arrivals and pickups.

Robert did a great job with our box delivery and pick up. Professional and problem-solving.

This is the only way to move. Pack it, move it, store it, have it delivered and unpack. Thanks U-Haul.

Lady who dropped off the container was very professional. The staff at the Flint pick up facility was very professional.

I would recommend the U Boxes 1000, my items arrived earlier than expected and the staff was amazing, friendly, caring and knowledgeable.

Great experience. All staff was very friendly and helpful. U-Box arrived early which was great and nothing even shifted within container. Will definitely use again!

Great customer service. It was delivered exactly to the right spot. And it was picked up on time and shipped. We received the u-box on time and it was placed in the right location. Later it was picked up. Everyone was so friendly.

Everything was great and both Ubox delivery drivers were excellent, kind, and answered all of my questions.

Nothing to improve. The staff does an excellent job. They were very helpful and flexible with the times i needed to unload the U-Boxes.

Ubox arrived early and contents were in good shape. U-Haul team members were always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

The Fairbanks, Alaska, crew does a good job. Very accommodating. The U-box system is very good. I would suggest you phase out the tarp-covered boxes in favor of the hard-shell, waterproof boxes. Sometimes the tarps can be in short supply, delaying when a customer can pick up his box.
