Doyle BAwesome staff much better dealing with this guy verses the ones at the local Uhaul place in Conroe. He's nice and friendly. Made the overall experience fabulous. Great location to rent from.

Barbara LI had scheduled for a 15 ft U-Haul and when I got there was there for about 45 mins waiting to finish up all my paper work. Then I was given the keys to the U-Haul I noticed it was the wrong truck compared to my contract that was emailed to me the next morning. And when I called them multiple times to get it fixed they just kept telling my that they couldn't do anything about it because they didn't know what they were doing honestly was very disappointing about how this was handled. Which lead to me having to spend another 40 mins at the location I dropped the U-Haul off at because she had to go and correct their mistake.

george sThey reported the Uhual as stolen after I'd spoken to them 2 days prior and told them I'd have to keep it longer, not sure… that I'd be paying day to day. Just feel like they could have used the number on file to call me and ask how much longer I needed the truck.
