Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhen it was time for me to move out, I had to wait almost 3 weeks for him to cut a lock off.\n At the cost of $50, so then that made me have to rent the place for another month and postpone plans.

JHON V | Expérience généraleWas very pleased with this facility in Conroe Texas.
Randy S | Expérience généraleI had the storage for 9 years, maybe a little more. Originally it was a 24 hour access with a remote. Exchanged remotes several times and never could get a remote to work so just turned it back in. Then the price of the unit started increasing and access hours were changed to end at 10pm. While moving out, before I notified them of moving out, my code stopped working on the gate and I got locked inside the facility at 830pm. Took me 30 minutes on a phone call to get a code to get out. Most of the staff were friendly but the terrible experience with access and the cost of the unit I would not recommend the facility to anyone. I have a boat storage facility that is half the cost and has 24/7 access, without any problems, with a bigger unit as well. Facility was clean biggest problem was knowing if the access gate was going to work.
Lucas H | Expérience généraleThe staff was amazing , Friendly and professional and courteous . I rented a truck was advised about the one month free storage unit promotion so took advantage of it . Strongly recommend it to those of you who are moving , you get more for your buck . That is hard to compete with and in today’s market it all counts .
FRANCISCO C | Premières impressionsThank you so much for all the helpful advice I was given.... thank you tonall the staff. They were helpful, polite and kind....they greeted you each a d everything you entered the door... I can't say thank you enough.
ABIGIAL P | Expérience généraleI did not have storage with you guys I am very disappointed I have been charged twice for storage that I do not have. Even after it was supposed to be reversed I got charged again Monday I am very disappointed

Aldino R | Premières impressionsNo i wouldnt recommend anyone only because the prices are outrageous for the smallest storage room. The staff was great and very helpful though
Tamica S | Expérience généraleMicky was great and was very helpful.
Charles B | Premières impressionsThe storage I had was too small for the price. I pay $130 a month for one that's about four times bigger than that and behind coded gate 24/7
Michelle H | Expérience généraleEveryone was super nice, the truck worked great and it's easy to reach.
Jennifer A | Déménagement en ligneI had a really great experience with this location. I had my belongings stored for almost two years and I did not have any incidents where I felt like my things were not safe. I never had an issue other than I think I may have paid late once or twice when I took it off autopay. I was always able to access my storage with no issue with hours or other tenants parking and blocking my access. WHen I was ready to move my things, the checkout process was so smotth. This was overall a fantastic experience. Thank you!
Juaquita S | Expérience généraleI rate it very poor because the girls in the office are not trained very well. One gave me false information about having 24 hour access and I got locked inside and had to call the conroe cops. They along with myself could not get ahold of anyone to help me get out. It was very frustrating. I had to squeeze through the gate leaving my truck that was fully loaded there and uber back at six am in which it had started to rain so of course all my stuff got wet. The general manager did not answer her phone at all. I texted and called her so the police so yeah I definitely give this a very poor experience job facility.
