Hire a more customer friendly manager. Truck was within an inch or two of next truck. Informed manager twice how close they were and could barely get in. After barely getting out manager said we didn't specifically ask for them to move it. Ridiculous and not customer friendly at all!James O.
I need a refund for the gas charge. The vehicle was empty when I picked up and I told the people there who said they would document but got charge $18 for gas. This needs to be refunded.JASON C.
Reduce the wait time to pick up your trailer after you have checked out with the front desk. I had to wait about 15 minutes before seeing anyone.Christopher E.

I've rented many Uhaul trucks over the years. First time renting from this location. Best rental experience I've ever had. Staff was very helpful. Truck was clean, well maintained and it even smelled good. This will always be my go-to location from now on.RONALD H.

Uhaul had issues a few weekends ago and we were unable to move due to the glitch on uhaul's side when the entire system was down for a whole day! Then when we did move there was a terrible storm that passed through Conroe with flood flash warnings. Uhaul would not budge on when we could bring the truck back. On top of that we ordered packing blankets and paid for them. However, when we went to the uhaul location they did not have them and did not even have the courtesy to inform us of this before hand so we could have planned ahead. Over all uhaul experience very disappointing and will never use this company again. Will start using a more expensive company but with better service.DAVID F.

They charged me $160 for a 10:'ft truck I had for 24 hrs and I never got an invoice or a reason why I was charged so much. Every time I try to call I get a recorded message. It can't possible be mileage we drove it in town and returned to the same location.Kimberly G.
