David SThe cell signal at this location is VERY poor! I know this is out of your control, but it took almost 2 hours to pick the truck up, because the process kept timing out. It was after hours and my first experience using the online pick up. It was a very frustrating experience! I will use a different location next time and will make sure it's during business hours.

Gregory EKeep track of your equipment and let your people cooperate with each other to satisfy the customers. Your computers suck, I was supposed to get an email and a phone call. Even a text message would have worked. Your people don't have access to their own equipment and don't know where they are. This is what happens when the programmers think that the computer is capable of customer service. It sucks. Let me give you an example: I used a trailer for one hour and brought it back. There was a man that needed it, but I had no incentive to bring it back today. I knew I didn't need it so I did. Also, I almost got charged an extra $50 for a one way trip. You didn't communicate that to me until I went down and talked to them personally. Your computer system failed three times today on just one 6X12 trailer. Count your trailers and multiply by three per day to get an idea of how bad you are doing. Your Bellaire Manager is a star. He helped ups with the wiring that we didn't know we had until we arrived . . . .Whew. Hope you get better.

DAVID SIt's tough to find decent truck rental inventory availability in northern Michigan. The folks at Captains Choice were VERY friendly and helpful, but I would've preferred a location closer to our event/office, as Bellaire was out of the way and delays in renting and returning (due to another vendor, not U-Haul) added expenses to the rental. Thanks all the same!
