CHARLES MEverything was pleasant, all the employees were working hard, it happened to be a busy day today at Uhaul, would have been nice to have an extra person at the register, there was only one person at the register taking customer checkins. There were a lot of people waiting in line to rent , line was pretty long, not blaming the employees at all they were great pleasant and efficient ', i few customers caused the delays as they did not come prepared with the correct id's , cash , credit card etc, and this is what took up a lot of time for others waiting in line. Thanks Uhaul' i was able to have a good day getting what i needed done.

Philip BI made a reservation thru your website. I arrived 10 min before my scheduled pick up time. I waited 2 hours!! I do not blame the 1 employee that was working the desk. It appeared as though there were 2 other employees that were NOT helping customers. The one employee had to spend approx 15 - 20 min per customer. All in All it was NOT a good experience.

EDER Prented 20 ft truck had 157 k miles drivers seat had no cushion remaining had to sit on a coat and you could not here much on radio because of air flow noise going thru truck since driver window trim looked like it was damaged from someone trying to unlock door.
SALVATORE B1st truck had the air bag light on, they gave me another truck to replace it and that one the ABS light came on on the dash… But by that point I was already away from the location.

JOSE PI recently visited the Brockton office on 03/08/25 and had a very frustrating experience. There was only one single person working and doing everything at the front desk including checking truck/trailers rentals, which led to long wait times and poor service. This is unacceptable for a business handling moving rentals, especially during busy hours and on weekends. I would appreciate it if U-Haul could address this staffing issue to ensure customers receive better service in the future. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this. RITA MLess waiting because when I drop the van it is only one person working and I had to wait with 4 other customers for 20 minutes,nobody at the desk.That was awful.I wonder what happened.When I pick up the Van in the morning it’s the same thing.You can not run a business with one person to serve you.What happens if the person is diabetic and falls anytime in the store.You guys need to care more about your customers.The wait is too long.
JEAN MEven though your employees are good and can multitask they need a little help. I believe two people at all times should be at the counter, especially when it's busy and people are just dropping off trucks to relate stress on the job and to be able to perform better at the counter.

OTHON G | Expérience généraleWorst experience of my entire life! I had to wait 2 hours when I picked up the truck because they weren't fully trained and didn't know what to do. I stopped at the facility that I was going to use for storage. They couldn't process it because the system was down. Went next day… emptied truck and the unit they gave me was full of someone else's belongings. Couldn't get another unit that day so I had to leave everything in the hallway until the next day! I got a call from the rude manager asking why the unit was empty. I told him what happened and was waiting for them to give me another unit. He said well this your unit and you have until 7pm to get your stuff in there! I received a free month for a one way move. They did not apply that to the unit. They put another lock on the unit so I couldn't get my stuff out stating I owed money. Talking to employees and only the manager could do that. No return calls and the manager was never at the location for me to speak to. Spoke with customer service for 5 days and they can't do anything either. Finally got a supervisor on the phone and he was actually able to contact the manager. Get this one okay….. the manager AGAIN wants to give me an attitude saying you need to have all your stuff out today (last day of the free 30 days).

I havent paid due this situation. I don't even want to return to the unit. I have always used UHaul for my storage needs when ever I needed to. This is highly unusual. I'm asking g for an arrangement I dont want my belongings auctioned ed off. I have spoken with the manager George from the Main Street UHaul I.
