Walter OThis is a very busy location, that being said the employees are very friendly and helpful. I use this location whenever I need something, I even purchased some trailer locks for our Boyscout trailer, as the price forthose locks was excellent and it's the first time I've seen combination locks like that. Keep up the great work!!

DAVID SNo complaints here. I rented an appliance dolly to take out of state for my move. They gave me a local one by mistake but when they called to inquire and I explained they called to SF u haul and took care of it. J'ai été très impressionné.
BRADLEY BThe cab of the truck was dirty. Windows were dirty. There was long dog hair inside. The truck had a warning to check the fuel fill cap every time it was started, but the cap was secure.

TIMOTHY GI was at the Coralville location on Memorial Day to pick up a ramp trailer and have a new receiver and electrical adapter installed to haul it. My truck is old and it caused some issues but the store manager Gabriel was very patient and despite being the only person working in the store that day made the time to get everything together while still helping everyone else that came in. Very professional and great attitude while clearly going beyond duty to get me on the road to take care of some important deadlines. You are awesome Gabriel thank you again!

STEPHEN EStaff was overwhelmed with people waiting to rent equipment. Two people on staff and I was 1 of 8 customers. Plus the person before me and myself needed hook ups which took away 1 staff member. I had to run back later as my shipping blankets were not on the truck and it was chaotic when I grabbed my truck and trailer. I noticed an hour and a half later that 2 customers were still there from when i was there and more had come for reservations. And 1 staff member was again out hooking up equipment for customers.
ERIC BUpon arrival to pick up the truck I was told I had to buy the insurance coverage and was not given the option of declining, the truck smelled of cigarette smoke and the employee went on and on about all the "Fake" holidays like Juneteenth. It was all highly unprofessional and made me uncomfortable on top of feeling swindled by not having the option to decline the extra coverage. I would not return to this location in the future.

Nathan SChange 7/8 tank to full tank. Requiring such an odd number means it's super easy to overfill or underfill the truck. I believe you do this to make a small profit which is pretty infuriating.

OLIVER GI don't think there's anything you need to do to improve. I have rented from this location or dropped off at this location several times and every time it is efficient . The gentleman behind the desk has been kind and communicative.
FRANCES SThe equipment seemed pretty old, and the stickers and paint were peeling off of it. The location was in a weird place, making it difficult to find the entrance to the parking lot. The attendant seemed disinterested and didn't help with the hitch until I finally asked for assistance (just stood there and watched). I would still recommend based on uhaul availability in this area, but not super pleased with experience.

MARY SI would recommend this location, if U-haul was able to boost the signal with a WiFi connection. The people working there stuggled as well as we did. What are you thinking putting all of this on an app that is not easy to go through an but more difficult to access.

JOSEPH NHave rented here before and always a good experience. People there are always good. But you should invent a hitch which does not bind to the ball. Seems to happen all the time. Maybe grease the hitch before all hookups?
GREGG GEveryone is very courteous and friendly. The person who checked us in after we use the truck was very nice and efficient. The guys who checked us in in the morning were nice as well, but we felt as though they could've pulled the truck up for us at least? Formed it up, etc. We've never been to a U-Haul location before where they didn't. However, overall, it was a good experience.
JULIE VThe matt in the van is very sticky and lifts up when trying to lift heavy objects into the van. Maybe trying to glue the matt down better so it doesn't lift up and create chaos.
