SHEILA RI'll never use your service again. I had to go from gritty to Fort Collins, to pick up a trailer when they didn't call me and let me know they had. I have not had one when I put a reservation in four days before that

When the part I needed wasn't what was ordered, Gregory figured out how to get it from another store, including driving there to pick it up to be sure I still got my hitch mount installed on time. These guys are the kind of employees who make your business look good.

CRAIG Tgot my trailer okay, but dropping it off the guy at the counter was yelling at some older lady about an appointment issue. They guy that helped me though was super nice.
Ryan SI booked a trailer for pickup in Cheyenne well in advance. At the last minute, U-Haul canceled that and sent me to Fort Collins while promising to maintain the price on the original booking. So we drove an extra 2 hours to get the trailer and then got charged $80 more than the original price and also got charged another $30 after drop off for reasons completely unknown to me. And I had to sweep and blow out the trailer vigorously before loading as it was coated with dust and sand.
JOHN AThe 26 foot truck was easy to drive. I don't have much experience driving a large moving truck. My only minor complaint was that the gas gauge was only at 3/8th full on pickup and we had to drive 116 miles and had to stop and put more gas in during our drive.

DUSTIN JWhen I made my reservation for a truck I was quoted around $50, and it ended up being $139 so that was pretty disappointing. Definitely wouldn't have rented if I knew it was going to be that much.
Cassie WIt would be helpful if the website provided an option to purchase a lock for the container, delivered along with the container. I thought I had one, but I couldn't find it. Luckily the moving help I hired had one in his truck.

LAURA YWhen our box arrived. It had an unknown lock on it. Not having put it on, we didn't have the key. The deliverer said she didn't know what to tell us. Her attitude was like, "....guess, you're poop out of luck". I called the 800 number and they tried to find me the right person to give me direction. When I spoke with the Harrisburg office they were admitent that I had the key and they are not allowed to put a key on a box. That was all they said repeatedly when I asked what to do. Finally I just cut the thing off. I would use the box again, but not deal with the Harrisburg office again.
