Staff need to make sure correct keys are placed in proper lock boxes. Check in process was awful and took an hour because of their mistake. Since they weren’t open, had to go through U-Haul online and by phone three to four times to be able to leave the site.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTruck return was on a Saturday and they are closed on the weekend. Return process after hours was long but simple.
Kara MBest Uhaul in town and I’ve patronized most of them. The van was new and spotless. Plane was delayed and I received a very polite courtesy call. I needed to extend the rental for a couple of days - no problem. The return was simple though I didn’t have my phone with me which was required to complete the return.
Lousa GThe 2 employees were very friendly & helpful. they explained everything & the total price was very reasonable for the 4 hours we had. The truck was clean & drove well. Didn't have any problems with the Company, & Employees. thank you for your help.
mary lVehicle was a bit dirty outside, but had just completed a previous rental (in Alaska, so no surprise), so I was thankful for the availability when I needed it. No big deal. I vacuumed and washed it before returning. Almost a brand new van, so that was great! The U-Haul team at this location was great to work with and enjoyable to talk to. I was also able to extend my rental period by a few days which was super helpful. Location was convenient for in and out service. Thanks!
