Truck return was on a Saturday and they are closed on the weekend. Return process after hours was long but simple.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBest Uhaul in town and I’ve patronized most of them. The van was new and spotless. Plane was delayed and I received a very polite courtesy call. I needed to extend the rental for a couple of days - no problem. The return was simple though I didn’t have my phone with me which was required to complete the return.

mary lVehicle was a bit dirty outside, but had just completed a previous rental (in Alaska, so no surprise), so I was thankful for the availability when I needed it. No big deal. I vacuumed and washed it before returning. Almost a brand new van, so that was great! The U-Haul team at this location was great to work with and enjoyable to talk to. I was also able to extend my rental period by a few days which was super helpful. Location was convenient for in and out service. Thanks!
Philip BWe got to the location and couldn't find the truck we were supposed to rent. We texted the Uhaul people and they put in a ticket to cancel and refund our trip since we couldn't get our truck. I havent heard from anyone yet. The whole experience took forever to sign up, verify, etc. It was super stressful start to finish and now I still need to reach someone about refunding it since we didn't use the truck at all bc it wasn't on site.
