Jade VProblem pulling the truck out, such that I needed to go back into the office to let them know that. Sadly, the customer service person didn't believe that the spot I had to get through was too tight. I had the truck number for the one that I could not get around and told him that he should bring the key for that vehicle with him, which he was going to ignore but said what does it hurt to take the key. <Plus I was already delayed because of this and did NOT want him to come all the way back to get the key> So he grabbed the other truck key, walked out there, saw the space I had try to get the truck through...and without even trying to pull it out, moved the 2nd truck that was keeping me from pulling out. Disappointed that he didn't believe me the first time but glad he took the 2nd truck key with him (reluctantly). Otherwise, everything went fine!
Gerard LVery limited room for vehicles at this location makes pickup challenging.
