The staff at the location were wonderful and friendly. It is very convenient. Our only issue was with the truck itself, broken sun vizor, seat broken so that it doesn't adjust. Service engine light was on. I really think this vehicle should have been pulled off the road. However, it did work for us and we were able to do all we wanted with it. So it was a blessing to have in spite of it's issues.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-Haul needs to fix the online order process… it implied that I was getting a 6x12 with doors that opened and the location only had ones with roll up doors… it made the moving extremely difficult
