Kelsie WPick up was great
James CSammy was excellent!! We really liked him - he was very kind and helpful!
Marilyn CWe had only two complaints. The first is that the lot is very crowded. It is difficult to find parking just to check in to get the truck. The other complaint is that it is difficult to get the Uhaul out of the lot and the clerk offered no assistance. It would have been nice to have assistance getting out especially since we were not familiar with the area.
