I was supposed to get the truck and trailer at 1200 noon and when I arrived it was closed. I called the 1800 number and was told no one would be until 2pm. Needless to say this really put me behind. Also, I ordered a 12 pack of moving pads paid for them and everything and did not receive them.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid not have the truck I reserved in advance Truck had barely any gas truck suspension was worn.
Pharis FDrop off was quick and easy
David GI was charged $12 for fuel and it had more in it when I returned it than when I picked it up. I should not have been charged.
Stacey MMy origional pick up location five miles from home didn't have the 20-foot truck I had confirmed. As a result, I had to drive to the DeFuniak location 34 miles one way. The pickup location had trash bags lying next to the trailer that clearly a few racoons or other animals were enjoying. Grass was almost to my knees, my rental vehicle was not cleaned (sand, spilled coffee in the tray, empty "Monster" cans).
