I had no windshield washer in the 26 ft long truck when I got it and the windshield washer super dirty. Very dangerous. The truck was not full of gas. Having it full it’s easier to bring it back full. Why having the gage at 3/4 and having to bring it back 3/4? It’s a pain to have to estimate when you fill ip. Make it simple. Full to full

Pizza SNot only were they not open during the business hours they claimed to be but i was charged 5 extra days because it took them that long to realize it was returned. 300$! And they charged me a 20$ after hours return convenience fee. My whole experience with U-Haul was terrible. Didn’t even get the vehicle I understood to be reserved. All I reserved was a phone call apparently. I don’t know how many days it will take to get a refund. U-Haul rep that I spoke to at drop off assured me I was good to go. Guess not. Absolutely horrible experience
