Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot only were they not open during the business hours they claimed to be but i was charged 5 extra days because it took them that long to realize it was returned. 300$! And they charged me a 20$ after hours return convenience fee. My whole experience with U-Haul was terrible. Didn’t even get the vehicle I understood to be reserved. All I reserved was a phone call apparently. I don’t know how many days it will take to get a refund. U-Haul rep that I spoke to at drop off assured me I was good to go. Guess not. Absolutely horrible experience
