Charged me a cleaning fee and I left it cleaner then when I picked it up.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe worst service ever as the owner was micro managing the employee over the phone with delay of our rental by one hour. You need to consider at least to refund a partial payment, as U-Haul customer for a long time the franchise should be taken away from the franchise holder.
Alnoor NThe location was changed last minute and it created a lot of anxiety for me with movers coming in and location being moved to a further away pick up location, when I specifically asked for the closer location from my house.
Rabilla WNo complaints only kudos….Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the fellow that we picked up the truck from so I do apologize. He was thorough with going over everything with us. The truck was clean and loaded with the blankets that we ordered. Once returned, we had issues with an incorrect invoice. We reached out on the number that was provided and he called us back in a timely manner although inspite of the fact he was done work for the day. He went that extra mile and corrected the invoice and credited our credit card. Kudos for this great customer service.
TOM HWas terrible from start to finish. Location was closed at 2pm on a Thursday. Opened up the back and there was garbage. Turns out the garbage was an open condom wrapper, a male sex toy package and a lighter. The truck had just over half a tank of gas, smelled like cigarette smoke, check engine light was on and said had a low tire. Definitely would not recommend and will be calling support to escalate this incident
