Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe store was so dirty The vehicle was not clean and sounded like it wasn't even gonna make it to my destination The man at the store, I could not understand one word that he was saying to me it started off as a very difficult day
Louise HThe app pick up is pretty handy, but the photo taking was a bit glitchy. Our truck was very clean this time and sometimes in the past it wasn't. My contact never did receive a phone call to verify me.
Amy SMaintenance the tire pressure on the right front side Was on, and it didn't need any air. Maintenance should have been done on a daily basis. Other than that, it was convenient for me to move a queen size mattress in box spring. Thank you
Lynne TThis location was not an issue , when I booked and had conformation of pickup at my original booked location , previous trailer renter somehow was able to book extra time with the trailer whitch put me into a cramble to get another trailer that ended up being 30 minutes out of my way .very inconvenient and disappointing that u haul would have e allowed a double or an extention on a booking that another person had it book for a time slot that day .
