The guy at the store was sneaky. I rented a van 11:38am and told him to return 11am the following day. A few hours later I received the email confirmation stating the return is 8am. I called him about that he just said there's another booking for 8am and he can't do anything about it. Also left headlight was out, the door compartment had garbage. Very disappointed about this transaction and will never use U-Haul.

KAREN BI was changed from my original location so I had to drive 40 k out of the way to get the trailer and when I got there the trailer was full of trash when I asked the agent to get a broom he shrugged and walked back in side.. I left the trash in the trailer and the agent in Windsor cleaned it out
