This was not safe. I was dropping off a trailer off hours. The parking lot is not flat and feared the trailer rolling. I was almost injured this way many years ago (disconnecting a trailer on a slope) and this parking lot gave me a flashback. Given my experience, I hunted for some rocks to wedge under the wheels before disconnecting. I fear someone without experience could get hurt.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDaisey Alexander was very helpful to me.She was such a pleasant person to deal with.
James DI dropped of the trailer around 4:00PM on a Saturday. The location office was closed. The parking lot was neglected. Nevertheless, it was conveniently located.
Frederic BMy husband went to the original drop off location that I had selected when making my reservation only for them to tell him that they would not accept the u-haul. They sent him to a different location and once he was there he did not see a store to go in and drop the keys off, he just saw a lot of uhauls. He spent about 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to figure out how to drop off the u-haul properly. Once he dropped it off they informed him that he was being hit with all these additional charges for cleaning and gas even though we left the truck clean and filled the rental tank half way as expected.
Luka MThat the person that is handing the conveyance to the customer inspects it with the customer and gives note of the damage that came with the vehicle.
