For some reason, I couldn't finish the check out process on the APP. I reopened the back multiple times in order to "retake" acceptable pictures. I even used my friend's phone as a light so that the late evening drop off didn't effect the quality, but I finally decided to return the keys and trust that the truck would be checked out this morning. I will call the office to make sure they don't need me to come back to help with the check in process. Also, I thought the truck was due by 10:30 this morning, and since I work out of town,I had to turn it in last night. Then, once I got to the Gilroy location last night, my check out time was for 10:30 tomorrow morning....did I pay for two days or one? Could I have kept it for another day? Again, I'll call the office and try to get my questions answered, but wanted to leave these two comments here, also. Re: customer service, the young man at the front desk on the morning of 10/22 was super polite and helpful.
