Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI don't know if anything could have been improved upon. Marty Porter, was great to work with, did everything he could to accommodate my rental. The truck was clean, inside and out. The facility from where I picked up the rental, although being a new building was clean, bright, Marty, and another person who worked there were very thorough, as far as picking up and returning the truck. Great Customerservice! I would not hesitate to rent from this location again and have recommended it to my friends.

SCOTT JI dont understand why the 6x12 trailers dont have a jack for the hitch/tongue. Not everyone is capable of lifting it by hand, to safely hitch or unhitch it. This had nothing to do with Hoosier Stash. Its a Uhaul issue.
Michael EPicked up truck drove a few miles and battery light came on. Returned to store and waited an hour for new truck. We had four people waiting at our house to help with move. Finally got a new truck. No offer for compensation for our wait. We reserved truck a week before. Faulty equipment is responsibility of uhaul. Very disappointed in experience. Do better uhaul!
