He told me what to do. I didn’t feel comfortable with no receipt or truck/equipment receipt but I went on app and followed directions. It would not let me put time, mileage, or refuel status but I got receipt at 6:30 pm stating all was good except the return time was later. But all is good and no additional charges. Thank you and thanks to the attendant at Irvine’s return.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCustomer service and personal always very nice. The truck was not swept out in the back or front and the truck leaked somehow so our mattress got wet even with 2 covers on it when it rained.
Erin TI spoke to a man named Mike (I think maybe he was the U-Haul representative) about extending my rental. He was very condescending and rude to me. The store was nice, but his attitude ruined the whole experience for me.
Breanna SThis location is a head shop and not conducive to any family customers. Although clean inside the aroma was unusual and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The attendant was friendly but did not appear to be attentive regarding dropoffs and offered no proof of delivery.
Suzanne SThe actual location for the drop off is a head shop. Although clean inside, not a choice place to have to go. The person behind the counter was nice and disinterested.
