Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-Haul changed the pick up location 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up date, forcing me to drive an additional 40 miles round trip to pick the trailer up. The location is a multi-business structure, and there was no one onsite, just a piece of paper on the door to call a number. The person that answered was extremely helpful and able to grant access to the yard and complete my pick up.
John SEverything thing was good. Perfect service.
ANTHONY HI arrived between 8:30 and 9 AM. Nobody there. I called. They answered. Gave me the code to access the yard. Told me where to leave the tow dolly. Stated they would check it in when they opened at 9AM. Felt as if I had no choice except to drop it off. Was nervous about leaving it unattended. I suppose it worked out but I felt very uncomfortable.
Charles BThere’s a need for additional agents on Saturday morning. The agent was overwhelmed by the number of people waiting for assistance, he was patient and worked with care to get everyone served, alone with phone assistance.
