Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing!.. great service!.. thank you!
GUDY AThe Uhaul was clean, but the truck had less than 1/8of a tank left and could barely get to my apartment. There is only one way in off of 29, making any form of return travel a bit longer than needed. Also, the location has a weird location glitch. If you're using the app, the app struggles to be able to locate, if you're in the right area andd if it can locate your spot, you don't have enough signal to send all the photos. So it takes about forty five minutes to an hour to both pick up your truck and drop it off. I would maybe only recommend this area if there was someone physically there to help you. But this should definitely not be a location for a twenty four hour drop off and pickup spot. They also need to do better. Add making sure the vehicles have enough gas to get to your first destination, at least without having to fill up. It was ridiculous that this was my first time using u haul, and after paying seventy dollars had to immediately pay another thirty just to get it to my first destination.
Connor NAlso very nice and helpful.
DAVID BThe truck was gross when we got it and barely had gas in it. The website says they open at 7:30am but in reality they open at 8:00 the person who got there was very rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to do his job
