They refused to take cash. They didn’t hook up the trailer or at least assist me. The truck was filthy, windshield covered in bugs, the cargo area had some liquid that had spilled on the floor and dried. The engine cover was half on, I had to put it back on correctly. He put the wrong drop off location, he put Michigan instead of Missouri.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNot happy with u haul over all. Not a great experience. Nothing like I’ve had before.
Paula EEasy to get to location. Personnel were very friendly and helpful! Will do business again!
Lyle CI was expecting someone to assist with hooking up a 5x9 ramp trailer, but little assistance was available. It all went well anyway so no problem.
dennis wEverything was great! I have never rented a U-Haul strictly using my cell phone and the U-Haul app. It was easy and I’m glad I could get the truck last minute after hours. Thank you!
