Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWayne and his staff always friendly, very competent, location is clean/organized and equipment in good shape. Would definitely recommend.
David MFrom start to finish the process was easy and well explained. The three people I spoke to in the office were so helpful and friendly. Nothing can be done to improve for the next customer.
Jennifer GI had requested a 26 foot truck. Thirty minutes before I was to pick up the truck, I got a telephone call saying the truck needed repairs. So I ended up having to drive to Mandeville to pick up the truck. That added 40 miles. They had promised a20 foot truck. When I got to Mandeville, the only truck available was 15feet. Due to the small size of the truck, I had to make three trips instead of just one. This made another additional at 80 miles. I feel like I should be compensated in some way for the hassle, stress, and extra mileage.
