Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExcellent rental. The equipment was new and in excellent condition. It was easy to access. Adam Herrman was very helpful, he manages the location, was extremely helpful, and helped me modify my reservation. Adam posts his business card at the location with a note to call him for assistance. He answered my call to his cell phone, promptly modified my reservation, and confirmed everything via text message. He was polite and friendly and is an excellent manager and representative of U-Haul. I will certainly use this location again and use U-Haul again as a result of the positive experience I had.
Thomas TWhen I picked up the van, it only had a 3/4-full fuel tank. There were also warning indicators on the dash for low tire pressure, check engine oil and low windshield wiper washing fluid. The van needs to be better maintained to be rentable
James HI am requesting someone to call me
RAYMOND HBetter on site signage to indicate how to initiate the rental
