There was no representative present at the location for almost 1 hour. Also pictures taken from the camera of the truck could not be uploaded. Had to actually take the photo again from the app.

Alejandro FThey never informed me I had to bring it back to the location. In the past I have always been able to make it a one way trip. The fact that I got charged $330 for wrong location drop off is beyond ridiculous
Travis HDon't charge me for gas that was where it was when I picked it up. It had 1/4 tank and thats what I brought it back with. Now the rental gas scamming with the metrics instead of looking at the gas gauge is ridiculous. Just another way to screw the customer. Oh yea and the App doesnt work. Had to call on pickup because the photos would not upload (of course there was one of the gas tank. Then I dropped off the truck 14 hours early and the App would not let me select Drop Off. I had to call Uhaul Customer Asst.
