No need for improvement. The gentleman from whom we rented from was very friendly. It was storming when we rented the tow hauler but he went outside in the storm and helped us connect to our truck. Me personally, I feel like he went above and beyond his job. For that we are very grateful. We will only rent from him. So he has a customer for life. And we have recommended him to others.

Bradley BThe staff is friendly, helpful, and it was a great experience dropping off at this location. Highly recommend this U-haul location!
Adrianna TMobile app only site with poor service, no one to assist. Use app well before arrival on property. UHaul took over an hr to call back.
Matthew FThe truck was filthy inside and out and only had 50 miles of gas.
