Process of picking up truck. We went in circles to figure out where the truck was. Should be made clear up front what each step is.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis2 hr wait to pick up truck. Guy at the counter did his best but was not qualified. The person who usually handles the counter was not there.
Mike SThe lady at the front desk was late to work and made myself and a couple wait for over an hour to get our scheduled U Haul truck. No apology received and the truck wasn’t even parked at that location. Would absolutely not recommend this location.
