KEVIN CThe online reservation process is lengthy and bothersome. 4 pages of optional services to have to click through before finalizing transaction.
TEDDY WThe business (Oxford Car Care, Oxford, OH) being closed with out any prior notice on Friday 2pm was unexpected. Uhaul app is very difficult and confusing to use. "Uhaul" didn't pop up when I tried to activate the location service on my smartphone. I wasted at least 15 minutes activating all possible location services to make it work for the Uhaul app. Having to provide a friend's name and number for verification purpose was also awful. I had to call my friend and get his permission to share his info. I wasted at least 30min just figuring out how to work with Uhaul app. Return with the app was also confusing.
Joomi CCrll service and thus the internet was extremely unreliable at the location. It made it difficult to self check in and return . Perhaps offer a guest wifi at the location unconnected to the Auto service centers data. Other than that the location and vehicle were 5 stars! Excellent in every way. I would strongly recommend this location and vehicles to others.
