Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe business (Oxford Car Care, Oxford, OH) being closed with out any prior notice on Friday 2pm was unexpected. Uhaul app is very difficult and confusing to use. "Uhaul" didn't pop up when I tried to activate the location service on my smartphone. I wasted at least 15 minutes activating all possible location services to make it work for the Uhaul app. Having to provide a friend's name and number for verification purpose was also awful. I had to call my friend and get his permission to share his info. I wasted at least 30min just figuring out how to work with Uhaul app. Return with the app was also confusing.
Joomi CCrll service and thus the internet was extremely unreliable at the location. It made it difficult to self check in and return . Perhaps offer a guest wifi at the location unconnected to the Auto service centers data. Other than that the location and vehicle were 5 stars! Excellent in every way. I would strongly recommend this location and vehicles to others.
William CI picked up a U-Haul van and the gas tank was approximately 3/4 full. I drove 36.9 miles and prior to returning I put in $15 of gas ($4.49 per gal) to bring the tank back to the level it was when I picked up the van. My receipt charged me an additional $29.32 for 5 more gallons of gas. This is why I wish the tank started at the full level as it’s hard to know exactly how much gas is needed to add. I thought $15 gas was enough for driving 36.9 miles. Therefore I spent a total of $44.32 to drive the van 36.9 miles..seems like an overcharge but otherwise happy with the rental process.
tara lI was charged 4 gallons of gas for 14 miles of usage. Seems like too much and gouging of customer. Leaves a negative sentiment on the experience.
