The safety chains were replaced and new but were too long as they weren't off of the pavement. I had a time getting the cchains shortened but was finally successful. My trip went very well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEveryone was so nice! Quick easy process and felt very welcoming
Amber BHe said his name was Jake he did not put the ball on correctly that the trailer fell off and went sliding underneath our truck and halfway on our journey to California the lights were not working my husband had to Jimmy rigot and the wiring look like on the trailer that they were old and rested and I've called him multitude times they never returned my call
christene mThey were so helpful! I stopped by to see if I could drop my trailer off there vs having to drive over an hour to the nearest spot the hotline told me I could drop it. They made room for the trailer despite showing "full" when I talked to the hotline. Awesome customer service. I will look to them first when booking a uhaul in the future. Cannot say enough good things about this location.
Aaron SFix the trailer hookup. Had to use zipties to keep the lights on.
