They were so helpful! I stopped by to see if I could drop my trailer off there vs having to drive over an hour to the nearest spot the hotline told me I could drop it. They made room for the trailer despite showing "full" when I talked to the hotline. Awesome customer service. I will look to them first when booking a uhaul in the future. Cannot say enough good things about this location.

Fix the trailer hookup. Had to use zipties to keep the lights on.
Gary KI have never been to a U-Haul location where I had to do the initial loading of the trailer onto the hitch by myself and had to go find it in their parking area. Every other facility I’ve ever used it is pulled around to the front checked that it’s secure and safe, then management takes a picture and you head out on your journey.. The same happened when I returned it, I could not just unhook and drop it where it was safe on the property, but I had to back in between areas that I was uncomfortable with had no help to unload it. The gal at the front desk was nice enough, and I know it is not her issue. She does not own the property, however, that is an unsafe way to distribute the trailers, especially.

RICKY SThey were much more interested in their motel than renting a truck to us. They just kept telling us to just do everything on line then handed us the key and said have a safe trip.
