dafene eThe staff was kind but not helpful. I was charged additional funds due to having been given a drop off location in another state. however my paperwork and pickup site gave me the Pembroke location. After hours on the road searching for the right drop off it was not very customer friendly. The staff said we switched you to this location yo keep you from paying a 200.00 dollar wrong drop off fee.
