The truck was way too small , I wanted a 24 or 26 footer she claimed that this 15 footer would be enough!! For a 2 bedroom apartment , you couldn't even fit a studio apt. In it !! Half my apt. Was left on the sidewalk !! Until the next day .I had to (sleep ) putting it mildly! In my car to watch the stuff till the next day when I could get it moved into the Apt. And you changed me for 2 days when I clearly only had it for one . Oh and told me I could drop it off at the town I was moving to, but didn't put it in the app. So I couldn't upload anything to prove I dropped it or pictures .when I called the 1800 number they said it was fine . Now there is an extra charge instead of money taken off for an extra day.!!

Daniel GThey said that tank was full. I believed them. I had it for one hour and went 10 miles. I put one gallon of gas in. They told me when I returned it that I wasn’t full! I took it to a dad’s drain and it took 7 more gallons! So, it wasn’t full when I drove it away. If they’d told me to check the gauge prior to leaving, I would have. What a rip off. Not even an ounce of retribution. Terrible. Just terrible.
Larry KThe self checkout is terrible. As a client, I was not expecting to have to hop through 100 hoops to get the equipment. It would be nice to know that you have to have a back up person to contact!! Why! I’m literally standing in a parking lot and trying to figure out who can prove my identity. Also, the internet connection is not strong so loading all of the pictures was a nightmare. The location was great but the mobile check in is terrible.
