As a first time renter, i was a bit slow going through the pickup process and don’t really understand why i had to give the name of a reference- who did not get called btw- but otherwise was a smooth transaction.

Donna PClean the truck between uses so there isn’t sand in the cab and pine needles and sand in the back. Also, have trucks assigned to people who want mobile pickup so they don’t have to go inside.
JOSHUA KI had a uhaul gift certificate. The secretary at gellars struggled applying it to my account. Turned into a big deal where she had to call uhaul a few times to figure it out.
Amber HBarbara is no nonsense type and very talented!! People working hard and super efficient.!! I could not imagine renting from anyone else.. I can recommend to all my fellow law enforcement colleagues who want to rent a truck, go see Barbara and get it done with no Issues..
