Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCheck the doors/handles. The back door was so hard to open each time. Had to push closed while pulling lever to open.
Jasmine WI was assigned a "drop and tow" coupler on the 5 x 8 I rented. There was no effort from sales or warning on the trailer to install a safety clamp or pin. I noticed there was a hole on either side of the tongue below the coupler. From Home Depot I bought a 3 1/2 inch 3/8 bolt with two nuts to prevent the coupler from flying up during pot hole bumps, of which there are plenty between Portland and Beaumont, CA. I would have prefered a lock on the coupler to prevent theft: Its a small trailer and easy to steal while parked. I would have gladly bought the bolt from U-Haul, but apparently I was the first customer to make the effort and when I showed the bolt to the sales desk they ignored it. If U-Haul doesn't make the effort to be safe and secure, the staff won't either.
