Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisUnfortunately, i feel as if I was "bait and switched". When I called to make this reservation, I told the employee that I needed a rental for 45 days. They suggested I rent a trailer which comes with 14 days. Then told me it would be an additional $20 a day for the remaining 31 days. After the rental was completed, I was charged 20$ a day for the rental and an extra 11$ a day on top. I was charged 50% more then what I was told when making the reservation. When I called to rectify this situation, I was told there is nothing that can be done. Feeling like you have been robbed from Uhaul is a terrible feeling. I can and will not recommend U haul to anyone, if this is how they treat their customer's.

EDUARDO PStaff was very helpful & friendly! Vehicle was in great condition
COREY KStop pushing people into the app. It's terrible. I waited 10 minutes in front of the store trying to check in with the mandatory pictures. Wheel spinning forever.
