Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMake it somewhat easier on the mobile pickup and drop off… the truck was great but renting it at night was a nightmare.. taking the pictures to verify truck took 45 mins to a hour and we did not get to leave the pickup location at a decent time.
CALEB TI have no complaints with my experience. The manager vwas very friendly and professional
Leslie SNo issues
Olysses GAsk that the attendant not be so rude when calling the customer. I have rented for many years and majority of the time I use mobile checkin. Locations need to realize they don’t own the truck but they actually work for U-Haul and represent the company.
