Make it somewhat easier on the mobile pickup and drop off… the truck was great but renting it at night was a nightmare.. taking the pictures to verify truck took 45 mins to a hour and we did not get to leave the pickup location at a decent time.

Olysses GAsk that the attendant not be so rude when calling the customer. I have rented for many years and majority of the time I use mobile checkin. Locations need to realize they don’t own the truck but they actually work for U-Haul and represent the company.
Kimberly FTruck had an issue with tire pressure and oil issue. Cargo hold was leaking when it rained. Cargo door got stuck and would not budge. Evidently nothing was checked by the vendor before we picked up the truck before our 700 mile trip to CT. We were lucky that we had bought the additional insurance.
