Pick up was great. The only hiccup was, I didn't know where to find the key. I didn't know where the boxes were. And once I drove through the gate, I couldn't walk back through to find the key box. It was never clear about that part.

Richard CThere was no personnel, instead there was a video screen. I had to check in online, take photos myself and drop the key in a box or be charged $20 for a human to help me. Rather than charge me, you should discount my rate for doing your work if checking the truck in.
Michael NYou guys are great with UHaul rentals. I’ve had to alter reservations at times and that was easy to do. Nothing but great things to say about this location and the service!
charles dGood location and easy process to return truck
