Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe dude was kinda rude and stand offish.
Chaz PBeen here twice and the owner is awesome. Friendly and extremely helpful beyond what would be expected.
Peter MI called beforehand to let them know I was dropping it off like the instructions said. The man working at the location was extremely rude and gave me a hard time “you should have called ahead”. Which I did. Just really poor service. Very unclear lot, covered in old cars and tires. Not a great location definitely would never go here again.
Makayla DI did not need to use the dolly, but had to remove it from the truck. I have my own dolly. Also, I returned the truck with more gas than what was in it when I picked it up, so that's a bogus charge for 3 gallons of gas. I expect to see the dolly and fuel charge removed or I will follow a formal complaint with U haul corporate. I've rented a lot of U-Hauls in the last 7 years, first time doing 24/7 truck share, won't ever do it again and will advise everyone I know never to do it because of these bogus charges, unless you remove them.
