Truck had same fuel level as when I left- definitely not a $37 difference. App wouldn't let me upload pictures of before and after. Also, the shop guy swept the truck as I was renting it out, warning of a $50 fine for it being returned that "dirty" but I noticed that it was all dust that falls from door as it opens. This place is unfair on fees.

Luiz TI was on time, but the agent was not present, family needs. He was very apologetic and did help me with the finally getting my truck. Just one of those bad timings.
James WWhen I picked up the truck the gas tank was empty and there were multiple warning lights on the dash. The truck was also shaking heavily and cause the steering wheel to vibrate constantly. I also requested moving pads and there were none in the truck. There was also a note inside the truck that said if I don’t return it to the same location I’ll be charged a $25 fee even though I had scheduled drop off at a different location. I feel this was a scare tactic so I won’t bring it to a different U-Haul location that will see everything wrong with the truck. I do not recommend this pick up spot.
Maxwell AThis comment has nothing to do with this location. U-Haul in general is great but the APP is extremely aggravating the way that the insurance add ons disrupt the process greatly. Please just say up front that you basically have to agree to addinging everything to navigate the site.
