Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was originally supposed to pick up a truck in Bremerton. U-Haul changed my pick up location twice and caused a domino effect Of people not being able to help me move and spending a lot more money it was a terrible experience however, the young man at the Sequim location was so wonderful and helpful and kind and the truck seem to be clean but I still did not get the equipment that I originally asked for but that has nothing to do with the Gilbert Road location they are great, but I probably will never use U-Haul again due to the experience.
MICHELLE HBrady was super helpful. He made it easy to drop off adn pick up!
Brenda BThis isn't the fault of the location at all, but the app wouldn't let me sign in - it kept giving me error codes. I've had trouble with the app every time I've tried to use it. For this location, it was a pretty easy and clear process, thanks!
