Very impressed the the attendant. He called to ensure that I would deliver the truck by the scheduled time. I was slightly light but well in advance of the next customer. I left my phone in the truck in the drink holder and when I called him he had it in his office. The attendant was professional, friendly and efficient. Definitely 5 stars!

Ed CKIMBERLY IS AWESOME 👌
Ed CI requested two furniture dollys with my rental and did not receive either. The truck that I booked became unavailable due to circumstances out of my control. I was given the option to upgrade to a larger truck or pick up from a different location that was inconvenient to my move. I chose the upgrade, not expecting a higher charge. I was charged extra due to the larger truck. Incredibly unhappy with my experience.
Debra WI cannot thank the attendant enough! He was kind, patient, and efficient. I wish I remembered his name but I would most certainly recommend anyone in the area to go to this location. First experience using U-Haul and it was streamlined by the rep.
