Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat staff who provided awesome service from the time we made our reservation to the time we returned the truck. The truck was brand new and nice and clean!
Ed BI see no need for improvement. The entire experience was a positive one. Thank you.
Sydney SU-Haul charging for mileage and also expecting you to pay for fuel is ridiculous. It’s also weird to walk into a pottery store to rent a U-Haul.
Sue BI showed up a bit early thinking I was able to do the mobile check in. Luckily there was the owner or manager of the place and he was very accommodating and the check in process was quick and easy. I was much appreciated, especially since pick up location was changed and it was a drive to get to the u-haul.
